Plae8 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the plae8 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by plae8 via the website plae8.co or related mobile apps, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any provision in this document, you are not authorized to use our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and plae8 as the service provider. Acceptance of these Terms takes effect automatically when you:
- Registering a new account on the plae8 platform.
- Log into your existing account.
- Using any features, games, or services offered on the platform.
- Making deposits or withdrawals from your account.
Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To register an account with plae8, you must be at least 18 years old. Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited, and plae8 reserves the right to close such accounts and cancel any related transactions if detected.
Each user is allowed to hold only one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual violates the terms and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including full name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. This information is used for identity verification and transaction processing.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. plae8 is not liable for any losses due to password disclosure beyond our control. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a plae8 user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and comply with all applicable Malaysian laws. You agree not to:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, databases, or other users’ accounts.
- Using the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, or actions contrary to Malaysian law.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions, including using multiple accounts to gain duplicate benefits.
- Distributing offensive, disruptive, or harmful content through any communication channels on the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by any technical means or collusion with other users.
Violation of any of the above rules may lead to immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of any bonus balances, and in certain cases, legal action. plae8 reserves the final decision on any breach of these terms.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the plae8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). plae8 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including popular Malaysian e-wallets. Available payment methods can be checked in your account deposit section after logging in.
You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are your own and legally obtained. plae8 does not accept deposits from third parties on your behalf. Such deposits will be returned and accounts may be suspended pending further investigation if detected.
Withdrawal of funds is subject to identity verification which must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Processing times vary by method and may take between one (1) to five (5) business days. plae8 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security checks or compliance purposes.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the rollover requirements specified at the time the offer is activated. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover conditions are fully met. Specific bonus terms are displayed in your account promotions section.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limit of Liability
Plae8 provides the platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times. plae8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use, or inability to use the platform, including technical interruptions, processing delays, or display errors.
Plae8's total liability to you under any circumstances will not exceed the actual deposits you made within thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the plae8 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of plae8 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from plae8.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Plae8 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts under the following circumstances: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent or manipulative activities, suspicion of money laundering, requests from law enforcement agencies, or at the user's request. If an account is closed due to violation, any bonus balance will be automatically forfeited. Eligible deposit balances will be refunded following investigation procedures.

Plae8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to regularly check this page to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
